By using the Services you are agreeing to the TOU. If you do not agree with this TOU, you must refrain from using the Services.
Services
The Services capture, present and distribute authoritative information on behalf of, and as received from, Transnomis clients.
Use of the services
Transnomis grants you the opportunity to use the services free of charge for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not therefore capture, store, copy, redistribute or resell the content found in the Services.
The Services were not designed for use during the operation of a vehicle, or as a replacement for information provided to operators of vehicles by signs, lights, persons, or other means.
Warranties/Disclaimer/Limitations of Liability
You hold Transnomis harmless for your use of the Services.
Transnomis assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or suitability of the content provided in the Services.
Transnomis will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages or costs arising from the use of the Services.
The Services are provided on an “as is” basis.
Transnomis is not obligated to police and enforce the TOU.
Termination, Modification
You are under no obligation to use the Services, and may therefore terminate the use of the Services at any time, and for whatever reason, without notice.
Transnomis reserves the right to discontinue, change or modify the Services, in part or entirely, at its sole discretion, and without notice.
Transnomis may change or modify the TOU, in part or entirely, at its sole discretion, and without notice.
Privacy

Governing Law
This TOU is subject to interpretation under the laws of Ontario Canada. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising will be subject to the laws and courts of Ontario Canada.
Limitations
Should you file action against Transnomis relating to the Services, you must do so within 6 months of the day you became aware of the cause for such action.
